The Magic Is in The Motor. MUXI's sophisticated direct drive motor is your confident copilot, packed with features like TCS (Traction Control System), Hill Descent Control, Hill Start Assist*, Kinetic Energy Recovery and Adaptive Power. Traction Control System (TCS). Better grip than bigfoot. Enjoy steady acceleration, predictable handling, and more confidence on every ride. TCS monitors wheel speed variance and steps in when it detects the wheel slipping by adjusting motor power or briefly braking the slipping wheel to prevent skids and allow the rider to feel confident.
Hill Descent Control. Slow your roll. Hill descent control automatically regulates speed by using the motor’s braking power, limiting manual braking needs and reducing risk of brake rotors overheating. Keeps the descent smooth, steady, and safe.
Hill Start Assist and Hold. Confident stops and starts. Ideal for stoplights on hilly streets or quick breaks during climbs, Hill Start Assist* automatically engages when you stop pedaling or applying power, keeping your eBike from rolling backward and holding it in place until you’re ready to move again. Kinetic Energy Recovery. A little give and take. Get more miles, reduce brake pad wear, and boost overall efficiency. Kinetic Energy Recovery captures energy normally lost during braking, using the motor as a generator to convert that kinetic energy into power stored back in the battery. The result is a more sustainable, longer-lasting ride every time you hit the road.
Adaptive Power. Like riding a bike without the hard part. Responsive stepless power is regulated by Algorithm 2.0 and adapts to rider input and conditions, providing power when you need it most.

Headlight: See and be seen better with automatic headlight that can be turned off or on in the App.

Taillight: The integrated taillight activates with braking for better visibility and is compatible with RearView Radar to flash if a potential collision is detected. Alert settings are customizable in the App.
Connectivity - Bluetooth Proximity Locking: AirLock uses Bluetooth to recognize your smartphone and automatically unlocks your Segway eBike as you approach, letting you park, walk away, and start your ride without keys or extra steps.
View eBike Location: Dual-component location tracking lets you monitor your eBike's location remotely.

Update, Control, And Explore: The Segway Mobility App works together with the eBike TFT display to let you check charge state, manage remote functions like unlock, share, lost mode, adjust user settings and modes, purchase accessories and more.
BMS: The BMS manages multiple layers of safety protection, preserving battery health and performance. Safeguards against short circuits, overcurrent, temperature spikes, overcharging, undervoltage, and over-discharging pair with an IPX7 battery for worry-free charging and riding.

Designed to Carry What Moves You: MUXI is built to carry what matters with a generous total payload capacity of 418 lbs. Front Basket carries up to 33 lbs for daily essentials and the rear rack is engineered for heavier hauling up to 121 lbs, including another rider with the optional Passenger Kit. With so many ways to configure, it’s easy to make it your own.
*The rear rack supports a maximum payload of 120 lbs, with the load centered and no overhang. It is for carrying goods only, not passengers. Exceeding the limit may affect stability, braking, or cause injury or damage.
*It is recommended that you install the passenger kit and fenders on the rear wheel before carrying a passenger.
